Rental Policies

Below are frequently referenced policies. Please refer to the document signed prior to gear pick-up for full policy information.

Reservations

  • Reservations may be made over the phone or online. 

  • Equipment may be reserved up to six months in advance.

  • Renter must pay 100% of the total fee due at the time of the reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Returning Gear

  • All gear is to be returned during our open hours. 12pm - 6pm Monday-Sunday

  • Please allow up to 30 minutes upon returning of equipment for staff to check over the equipment.

  • Equipment left outside of operating hours will incur an abandonment fee of $100.

Refunds

  • A full refund will be processed for any cancellation of equipment if notification is made at least 1 day prior to the start of the contracted rental period.

  • A full refund will be processed if a reservation is cancelled the same day of reservation and prior to gear leaving the facility. 

  • No refunds are made for equipment that is rented but not used. Renters accept equipment “as-is”.

Late Fees

Any rentals returned late will accrue a charge of twice (200%) the daily rate per day it is late. If you will be late, please call us before closing and we may be able to extend your contract instead of charging a late fee depending on inventory demand.

Damage Fees

  • Fees will be assessed by the staff for any equipment that is lost, stolen, dirty, damaged, and/or deemed un-serviceable. 

  • All other damage fees may be reassessed by management up to 5 business days after return. 

Replacement Fees

  • If an item is deemed damaged beyond repair, the renter will be charged up to full retail replacement cost.

  • If an item is lost or stolen, the renter will be charged up to the full retail replacement cost.

Failure to Return Equipment or Pay Fees

  • Outstanding fees owed may be sent to a third party collection agency and Renter will be responsible for all collection fees.
